Refunds

Once your order has been processed you are unable to cancel that order. You will need to wait until you have received the item and contact us within 7 days to notify us of the intention to return. Once this step is completed you may return the item to us in the original state that the item was received. We will then issue you with a credit note that can be used at either store or on our website.

Faulty Goods 

Our aim is to always provide our customers with products of the highest standard and all items are thoroughly checked for quality control before leaving our stores. However, if the item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please notify us immediately. We will happily exchange or refund any item that is deemed faulty within 2 weeks of purchase. As with any returns please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can ensure a prompt and efficient returns process for you.
